How long does dispatch and delivery take?

All in-stock orders are generally sent within 24 hours of placing an order (weekends and public holidays excepted). Please check the product information page for the approximate dispatch time or contact us for exact stock availability. Once items are dispatched, regular Australia Post delivery times apply.

The majority of our items are sent from Brisbane. Please see the below shipping times for all Australian states. Please note: this should be used as a guide only.

Please note that we use Australia Post eParcel for shipping. Although 99% of our orders are delivered on time as above, we do have orders that will be delayed. Please allow 7 days for delivery by Australia Post Standard shipping method.

If you required your goods to be delivered much faster, we recommend the Express Post shipping option which is generally delivered within 1-2 days metro areas. Please note that additional charges apply to the Express Shipping.
